8/18/13
Schley is a 6-foot-1, 200-pound prospect that is comfortable at both 3B and 1B. He showcased good feet and a solid 80 mph arm across the diamond from 3B. The switch-hitter utilizes a wide stance from both sides of the plate and displayed the ability to barrel the baseball routinely with some gap power. Schley showcased nearly identical bat exit velocities of 86 mph (RH) and 88 mph (LH) and went 1-for-3 with a double in game action.
6/4/13
6-foot-1, 200-pound corner infielder with solid build. All around solid baseball player that understands how to play the game. Registered a 7.73 60-yard dash, but plays much faster on the bases and in the field. Big time left-handed bat at the plate. Used a wide stance in his setup with a smooth load. Shows explosive lower half and uphill path to the ball. Gets some serious lift on the baseball. Showed pull power with the ability to be a consistent threat for extra base hits. Registered top velocity of 90 mph exit velocity off the tee. In the field, he showed good form with his hands and his feet. Displayed accurate throws with top velocity of 76 mph. One of the top position players at the 2013 Top Prospect Games.

2/18/13
A solid 6-foot-1, 200-pound prospect. He will be an interesting following this summer as he showed well on the mound, in the field, and at the plate. In the field, he projects as a third baseman. He still needs to improve his glove work and footwork to take that next step, but he shows good present actions with a top velocity of 80 mph across the infield. The left-handed hitter produces solid contact and the ball jumps off his bat. On the mound, he sat 81-83 mph with good run to his fastball. He throws from a high ¾ arm slot with quick arm speed. His curveball is thrown near fastball arm speed with late 11/5 break at 71-73 mph and his changeup shows similar run to his fastball at 75-76 mph.
