Scouting Report: 6-foot-1, 180-pound athletic body frame. From first base he has adequate footwork around the bag and moves well laterally off the bag to cover ground. Throws with a clean arm action through a high ¾ slot reaching a top velocity of 71 mph across the infield. In the outfield he has good footwork, consistently fields ground balls on his glove side. Could incorporate more of a crow hop to help aid his throws. Recorded a top velocity of 75 mph from the outfield. Right handed hitter starts with his weight slightly more forward using a fluid, rhythmic weight shift with his lower half to his back leg to generate power. Incorporates a toe tap for a timing mechanism and finishes his swing with a two-handed follow through. Recorded a top exit velocity of 83 mph and ran a 7.84 60-yard dash.

7/12/17

From the crouch, he starts out in a low and athletic stance. Would like to see the footwork a little more in rhythm. Transfer occurs at the chest before throwing from a high 3/4 slot from the ear. Arm speed is still developing. A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Barrel moves back to a vertical launch position during his leg lift load. A strong kid with above average bat speed. Barrel works on a mostly level path through the zone with solid strength through contact. Showed feel for the barrel and the ability to consistently make hard contact.
