2/14/15: 6-foot-1, 185 pound catcher was 2.25-2.28 with his pop times.  74 mph from the crouch. Throws from the ear with average arm strength.  Defensively shows an athletic stance with good hands receiving.  Solid blocker.  At the plate hits from an athletic stance with a wide base.  Little to no stride.  High activity throughout the swing.  Does show above average hand speed and barreled up the baseball consistently.  Registered an exit velo of 92 mph. The 1B was 80 across the diamond from a short, high ¾ arm action.  Possesses average hands defensively, quick release.  Ran a 7.6-60 at the event.

6-foot-1, 180-pound prospect. Lanky build to him. Uses short arm action through high 3/4 arm slot. Recorded split times between 2.09 to 2.16. Top velocity of 72 mph. At the plate, he starts in an athletic stance. Line drive production with short path to the ball. More to come with improved use of his lower half. Top exit velocity of 78 mph. Ran a 7.2 60.

6-foot-1, 180 pounds with a solid frame.  Clocked in a 5.22 40 yard dash time.  Behind the plate, the catcher throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Recorded pop time splits between 2.04-2.14.  Topped out at 73 mph from behind the dish.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced base with small leg kick type stride.  Takes an aggressive cut at the ball.  Strong build, and aggressive swing allows him to create substantial pop off his bat.  Level swing path.  Posted the top exit velocity of the Western Winter Showcase reaching 89 mph off the tee.
