2/8/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Tropp showed an average build and a fairly standard delivery from a ¾ arm slot.
Fastball: Fastball was 77-78 mph and mostly true through the zone but did show some ‘ride’ at times.
Fastball Spin Rate:2070-2210
Curveball: Breaking ball was 66-67 mph and showed a true curveball action with good shape and spin.
Curveball Spin Rate: 2340-2360
Changeup: Changeup was 73 mph with some arm side run and fade.
Pitchability: Good feel for his three pitch mix. Both secondary pitches showed good actions. The curveball particularly showed good shape and spin and could develop into a true swing and miss offering if Tropp is able to add some velocity to his fastball.

2/8/20 Position Player
Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in a wider setup. Goes with a leg lift timing trigger during back load to hands. Downhill path with a nice combination of strength and speed to hands. Would be aided by adding a bit of loft to stroke. All the tools are there to hit.
Power: Gap abilities.
Offensive Projection:Multiple Roles.

Top Rapsodo BP Distance:265
Field: Moves with fluid pace in the infield. Good athlete. Has some things to clean up but all the tools are there. Plays fast in the outfield. Infieldber background shows. Versatile defender.
Throw: Clean arm with already solid strength and more on the way.
Defensive Projection:  UTL.

1/13/19 Pitching
Body Type: 5-foot-10, 155-pound athletic frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Good tempo to an athletic delivery. High leg lift into a tall and fall action down the mound. Clean arm through a near over the top slot.
Fastball: 73-77 mph. True through the zone on a downhill plane.
Curveball: 64-65 mph. 11/5 shaped offering with some sharpness to it. His best secondary offering that was impressive when in the zone.
Changeup: 69-70 mph. Developing pitch.
Pitchability: Showed solid command of the fastball/breaking ball.
Role: TBD. Good athlete that should see more velocity. How changeup develops will likely make future role more clear.

1/13/19
Body Type: 5-foot-10, 155-pound athletic frame.
Swing Mechanics: Athletic, balanced setup. Simple load that he can repeat.
Hit: Handsy hitter with a front foot launch. Bat takes direct routes to the baseball, showing above average strength and speed to hands. On the ground for most of BP. Would see easy improvements in ball flight by adding loft to path.
Power: 71 mph exit velocity. A much better athlete/louder swing than exit velocity would entail, just needs to clean up some things.
Offensive Projection: TBD, Multiple Roles if he reaches ceiling.
Run: 4.41 H-1st.
Field: Feet work well. Plays with rhythm and efficient angles. Good athlete with ball skills to match.
Throw: 75 mph arm strength across the diamond. Loose arm with more strength to come.
Defensive Projection: UTL Infielder.
Additional Comments: Interesting prospect. Very good athlete with solid actions in the infield. Bat will need to come a long but there is definitely something in there.
