A righty swinger that uses a simple, efficient loading sequence. Natural tools are well above average. Strong kid with above average bat speed. Top tool is his strength. Ball jumps off his bat when he finds the barrel. Gap to gap pop in general. Behind the plate he is mechanically sound with fluid actions. Has room to speed up exchange. Ball security is impressive and transfer is clean. Throws were consistently on the bag. At third base he has the frame and the athleticism to be a solid defender. Glove works and he is mechanically sound. Moves well laterally and actions stay on the move.

Swing Mechanics: Simple, repeatable load that leads to a balanced launch.
Hit: Generates lift through angles he creates with torso. Physical bat that looks to do damage. Lifted everything in BP with flashes of authority.
Power: Gap abilities with the physicality to run a few out to pull side.
Offensive Projection: Middle potential.
Run: 7.17
Field: Makes his money behind the dish where he has an above average skill set across the board. Like the combination of being a bigger target and athleticism back there. Blocks and receives at a high level as well as popping in the 1.86-1.94 range in workout.
Throw: Big time arm strength back there, topping at 79 mph to second base. Arguably the most live arm in the catcher group which is high praise considering all of them could sling it.
