6/6/17
A left-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Very fluid/efficient loading sequence. Flashed very impressive tools in batting practice. Has feel for the barrel and stays through contact well. Present gap to gap pop with power potential to come. In the outfield he plays under control too and through the baseball. Uses an exaggerated crow hop for momentum. Profiles in the corner outfield. At third base he moves light on his feet and gets good reactions off the bat. Arm plays for the position. Profiles better in the outfield at this stage.

2/4/17

6-foot-2, 175-pound frame. The lefty had one of the most impressive performances in batting practice of the day. Strength and bat speed are well above average tools. Remains fluid and generates loud contact with little effort. Has the look of a three-hole guy down the road. Worked out both in the infield and the outfield. Checks all the boxes in the outfield. Footwork is efficient and he plays through the baseball cleanly. Throws showed carry with accuracy. In the infield he plays with active feet and does a decent job of creating angles. Glove skills are developing. His bat is his best tool but projects more as an outfielder at this stage. On the mound, the right handed pitcher features a long/lean pitchers frame. Arm works, throws through a high ¾ slot with quick/short arm action. Pitchability with a three-pitch mix. Fastball consistently sits between 77-78 mph. Breaking ball displays some 11/5  sharpness while ranging between 67-70 mph. Changeup is his best offspeed pitch. Looks nearly the same as fastball out of the hand and shows arm-side run as well as some sink; pitch sits 71-73 mph.

6/21/16
6-foot-2, 175-pound athletic, projectable frame. The righty uses a quicker tempo to a delivery that requires little effort. Arm has looseness to it with some armspeed while working through a high-¾ slot. A strike thrower that was able to work his 75-78 mph fastball to both sides of the plate. Curveball shows signs of sharpness with an 11/5 shape at 68-69 mph. Flashed a changeup near fastball armspeed at 70-71 mph. A gap to gap hitter that uses a leg kick load and short stride to get his lower half involved. Showed his strength and batspeed by registering an exit velocity of 88 mph. Ball came off his bat well in batting practice. A solid third baseman with quick feet and a strong arm across the infield. Above average glove skills for the position.

7/15/15
6-foot, 170-pound athletic build. Left-handed hitter that is spread out and balanced. Uses a toe tap and a good load to get his weight back. Quick hands and good bat speed for his age with the barrel getting in and out of the zone. Registered top exit velocity of 80 mph and was 4.75 down the line. At third base he shows good range and fields the ball into his body. Clean transfer with 74 mph arm strength across the diamond. 2/16/15
6-foot, 170-pound athletic frame. Working out in the outfield defensively, he shows decent footwork approaching ground balls transitioning into his crow hop. Once he receives the baseball he does a good job of getting rid of it quickly. He throws using a clean arm action coming through an upper ¾ slot reaching a top velocity of 74 mph from the outfield. Left-handed hitter with a closed stance. No stride and throws his hand with a flat path and 72 mph exit velocity. Ran 7.57-60.
