Body: 5-foot-11, 160-pounds. Long and lean projectable build with room for added strength and size in the future.
Hit: LHH. Starts with a slightly open stance with an athletic posture. Slow loads the weight into the back leg with hands getting set straight back just below shoulder height. Lower half works very linear through the zone into a slightly bent front leg. Level bat path with a line drive approach. Swings with some leverage and stays behind the ball well.
Defense: In the infield attacks the ball with active feet and solid fielding position. Fields the ball out in front of the body with a feel for glove action and soft hands. Registered 73 mph from across the diamond. In the outfield attacks the ball with longer strides and controlled rhythm. Fields the ball out in front of the glove side leg with glove getting down early and clean exchanges out of the glove. Utilizes a back knee driven forward crow hop technique registering 79 mph.
Run: 5.01 runner home to first.
Delivery: Short and simple footwork around the rubber working to an easy pivot foot. Works to a mid height balance point with strong weight stack onto the back heel. Delivery: Simple footwork around the rubber working to an easy pivot foot. Smooth and methodical rhythm throughout the delivery. Works to a high balance point with a good weight stack onto the back leg. Slight lean back in the posture at the top of the delivery.
