Positional Profile: 1B/RHP
Body: 6-2, 195-pounds. Physical and projectable build.

Hit: RHH. Starts with a neutral stance with a wider base and slightly crouched posture with hands getting set at shoulder height. Strong rocking load into the lower half.  Utilizes a quick two tap stride into a closed stance with the lower half working linearly through the zone into a firm front leg.  Hands work level through the zone with a rotational path and a strong top hand finish.  Matches plane with the pitch well with a level bat path.
Power: 86.9 max exit velocity, averaged 78.5 mph. 276’ max distance.
Arm: RH.    High 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action.
Defense: Attacks the ball with short and choppy footwork.  Fields the ball out in front of the body with developing glove action and firm hands.  Shows proper footwork around the bag.
Run: 7.46 runner in the 60. 

Delivery: Big rocking style footwork around the rubber working to an easy pivot foot.  Works to a high balance point with an upright posture.  Slight sink into the lower half with a short push off the rubber.  Works from the middle of the rubber and strides directionally down the center of the mound into a bent plant leg with chest over the top of the front knee at release.
Arm Action: RH. Over the top arm slot with a short arm action.
FB: T74.1, 72.7-74.0 mph. Good sinking action with mostly straight shape. T1747, 1687 average rpm.
CB: 59.8-60.7 mph. Slurvy shape with early break and some downward depth. T1722, 1672 average rpm.
CH: 66.0-67.7 mph. Gets heavy arm side fading action with short depth. T1609, 1569 average rpm.

Hit: RHH.  At the plate starts with a slightly open stance and upright posture.  Hands get set at shoulder height with a high and tucked back elbow.  Uses a quick two tap stride with fast pace and rhythm.  Strong weight transfer from backside into a firm front leg.  Short and compact swing and likes to let the ball travel deep into the zone.  Shows the ability to work the entire field.  Slight uphill bat path and line drive approach.

Power: 83  mph exit velocity off the tee and 86 mph exit velocity in BP.

Arm: RH.  INF-69 mph.  High ¾ arm slot with short/stiff arm action.

Defense: In the infield fields the ball with a firm glove and developing feel for glove action out in front of the body.  Shows proper footwork around the bag and maintains good body control throughout the fielding process.

Run: 4.97 runner to first base.

Delivery: On the mound uses a rocker style delivery with back leg gaining a lot of ground around the rubber.  Quick pace and rhythm working to a high balance point and slight stall out with the rhythm at the top of the balance point.  Sinks into back leg and gets some push off the rubber down the slope.  Chest works horizontal off the plant leg through release.

Arm Action: High ¾ arm slot with short arm action and clean release.

FB: 68-72 mph, slight arm side run and sinking action.

SL: 54-60 mph, loose shape with slurvy action and developing feel for spin.

Hit: RHH.  At the plate starts with a neutral stance and athletic posture.  Utilizes a quick two tap stride with a strong weight stack into the back leg.  Vertical bat angle with slight arm bar posture with the lead hand.  Quick rhythm throughout the swing.  Rotational bat path with hands working hard to the inside part of the ball.  Does a good job of getting barrel into the zone and staying in the zone through extension.  Slight uphill bat path and works the ball up in the air.  Maintains balance throughout the swing. 

Power: 83 mph exit velocity off the tee and 85 mph exit velocity in BP.

Arm: RH.  INF-72 mph.  High ¾ arm slot with a short arm action and long release.

Defense: In the infield attacks the ball with longer strides and good body control.  Fields the ball deep into the body with developing glove action and a sure glove.  Gains a lot of ground off the bag with proper footwork working back to the bag.  Clean exchanges out of the glove.

Carson Wallace: RHP/1B, (2024) Edmond North, OK. 6-foot-1, 175-pound sturdy frame. At the plate, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 73 mph. Started in a balanced stance with a small load, then used a long stride. Has quick bat speed, level swing plane and level finish. Found a few barrels in his rounds. Line drive approach. Projectable while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 67 mph; had developing footwork, sure hands and a quick exchange. Used a high ¾ slot and a short arm action. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 7.83. Projectable on the mound, showed good arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a short arm action. Shows some effort in his delivery. Displays even shoulders and consistent balance point. Lands square with a clean finish. Changeup (61-65 mph).Sat with his fastball at 69-73 mph and topped out at 73 mph; shows very consistent control with straight movement. His curveball (56-57) shows control around the zone and slight action.
