Delivery: On the mound uses a rocker style delivery with quick pace working up to a high balance point.  Gets weight stacked onto the backside with slight push off the rubber and more use of gliding down the slope.  Hands break in sync at the top of the balance point.  Athletic delivery with good balance and strong rotation off the plant leg.  Slight shoulder tilt with a high glove side.

Arm Action: High ¾ arm slot with a clean arm action and very good hand speed.

FB: 86-87 mph, Strong tilt with some arm side run.

CB: 72-74 mph, very sharp action with sharp bite.  Very tight spin with good overall spin metrics.  Has the makings of a plus pitch.

CH: Strong fading action to the arm side with fastball hand speed.

The 2023 1B/LHP showed his intriguing two-way potential throughout the week both with his power bat from the left side and as one of the more pitchable left handed arms in the area.  During the workout session Fisher showcased his arm strength registering 86 mph across with smooth feet and rhythm around the bag.  During the BP session Fisher reached exit velocities up to 99 mph and an event high 29.9 mph hand speed.  He put that power on display on Saturday at the plate by hitting a moon shot no-doubter home run into the parking lot with great extension with his natural uphill bat path.  Where Fisher really shines is on the mound with the clean arm action and delivery producing fastballs in the 88-90 range with good hand speed and around 2400 RPM.  Fisher also possesses a true swing and miss curveball at 75 mph with spin in the 2500’s.  Fisher’s left handed arm is one of the more projectable and consistent arms arms in the area.

Demonstrated an advanced 6-foot-1, 185-pound frame with physicality and feel for his body. The left-handed hitter begins with an even stance utilizing a knee-knock stride to generate a violent swing on a slightly uphill path through the hitting zone. Displayed present sink into the backside generating barrel whip through contact point creating backspin to both gaps. Registered an 81 mph bat-exit velocity off the tee and ran a 7.31 60-yard dash. The first baseman showcased a low center of gravity with feel around the bag and a soft glove hand out in front.
