Needles showed well on the mound today, flashing a quality 3-pitch mix throughout his outing. Standing a physical 6-foot-3, 190-pounds, he immediately stands out on the mound. The FB sat 82-84 T85 and a tight SL and a CH with some fading action. Also showed well in the box, driving a triple to LF. Needles will be a close follow on the mound, and in the box this week.
