8.16.18
Really like the size of Bond as his body has improved, now listed at 6-foot-5 and 225-pounds and a more leaned out frame with present strength. Fastball works comfortably in the 82-85 range with three-pitch repertoire with the better being his curveball. Will also add in splitter at 75-77. Arm works in backs and creates angle on FB, when on time and synced up, stays down in zone and has good command of the zone. Intriguing arm with actions, size, and controls his body well for big man while still room to repeat his delivery. One of the top uncommitted arms in his class of 2019 and someone to be on the lookout for.

2.19.18
At 6-foot-4, 225-pounds, Bond has a great frame and room to add more size as he continues to mature and get stronger. With his great size, Bond projects best on the mound where he is up to 85 mph on the fastball. Bond has long arms and works from a clean, ¾ arm slot. Able to keep it down in the zone and throw it to both sides of the plate. Shows good feel for his splitter, which sits at 75-77 mph. At the plate, shows strength and the ability to drive the baseball from the left side. Employs a leg kick to load back on his back foot, sometimes struggles with getting his lower half timing in-tuned with his upper half, but looks to have plenty of raw pop in the bat. Bond is a strong 2019 grad with some raw power at the plate and potential on the bump, and should be an interesting two-way player to follow moving forward.

4.15.17
Big 2019 grad listed at 6-foot-4, 250-pounds. Moved well defensively at first with clean actions but showed most promise on the mound. Arm was clean and worked from a high-3/4 slot with feel for the zone with his 79 mph heater. Spun his curveball between 65-67 mph and had some late action on a few when he was outfront. Controlled delivery that he repeated, room to add velocity over time and development. Offensively, left-handed bat that has more power potential that what he showed. Gets the bat and hands started along with an up and down leg kick, minimal movement in his body as head was quiet and on the ball. Worked more to left side of the field, timing was off but showed feel in his hands with hand eye. Big strong 19' with room to add to his numbers.
