2023 MIF Parker McLean put together a good overall day at the New Year Open with some of the best metrics across the board. Ran a 7.02 60-yard dash and was up 83mph across the infield. The actions and overall look on the infield have really developed over the past couple summers. 6-foot, 180-pound left-handed hitter had one of the best rounds of BP with consistent barrels, a top exit velocity of 93.7mph and 2nd-best avg distance at the event, 291ft.
5-foot-10, 145-pounds. Middle infielder in the 2023 class. 7.30 60 runner. Left-handed hitter, smooth mechanics, short to the baseball, displays looseness and athleticism. In the infield, showed the ability to make plays both ways, was 62 mph across. Athletic abilities are there, lots of upside for McLean.
