‘24 C/OF Ryan Castellarin (uncommitted) was one of the more productive bats in Dorchester on Saturday. Physical 6-foot-2, 200-pound frame, can swing it from the right side and looks comfortable in the box. The Ontario Blue Jays product receives well behind the dish. Castellarin drove in several runs in a multi-hit performance, highlighted by a no-doubt, line drive homerun over the left field fence. An impressive start to the season for Castellarin and should be an intriguing follow as the summer season continues.
2024 C/OF Ryan Castellarin was one of the more impressive 2024 grads at the event and immediately stands out with a big, athletic frame at 6-foot-2, 200-pounds. He ran one of the few sub-7 60-yards on the day and followed it up with a quality round of BP from the right side. Consistently worked middle-to-pullside with hard contact and 100% Sweet Spot, via TrackMan. Top exit velocity of 91.9mph. Was up to 75mph behind the dish with a 2.13 pop-time. Really intriguing offensive profile from the Ontario Blue Jays product.
