Proportional build at 6-foot-1, 185 pounds with a high waisted frame. Sets up in an open, crouched stance with weight loaded onto backside early. Slowly gathers as he shifts hands back and takes a short stride to close off his lower half. Movements sync up well and allow his barrel to work freely into the zone. Takes an easy, controlled swing with a high, abbreviated finish. Defensively, took clean, aggressive routes to the ball with active footwork. Came thru the ball on the ground easily with a fluid exchange into throwing motion. Uses a side shuffle with a high glove side to get direction towards his target. Shorter arm action with a high, over the top release. On the bump, uses a simple and sound delivery with consistent tempo. Keeps length on his backside at leg lift with eyes on target and level shoulder plane. Gets down the slope with a short, direct stride. Soft landing. Arm has a short, continuous path working up to a high 3/4 release. Upright finish thru release.
