Swing mechanics recall a bit of Ichiro, as his body and head float forward in his stride, while his hands don't commit early and he keeps the bat through the zone with a wristy swing. Ran well, posting a home-to-1B time of 4.22 (plus 4.28 and 4.43 on turns), while also getting good reads and tracking the ball well on defense.

6/6/16 5-foot-11, 150-pound left-handed hitter starts from a square, crouched stance and uses a handsy approach with a solid feel for the barrel. Sprayed the ball around the field in a 1-for-4 day while showing above average foot speed (4.28 home-to-1B). Solid defensive actions with good straight line carry on throws during pregame.
