2/27/22
Physical: Compact, athletic 5-foot-8, 156lb frame with RTF. 7.16 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Balanced, slightly open stance that flashed rhythm pre-swing. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to initiate the launch through a flat path towards a two-handed finish on the backside. Consistent pull-side approach and hit the bottom of the ball with some loft at times. Carried a few deep to the RF side, up to 298 feet at his peak. Top of the order type with ready hands in the box. Recorded a T86 mph bat-exit velocity.
Defensively: The outfielder rounded the ball with natural feel in space. Played behind the ball and drove an active lower half downhill towards the target, releasing from a fast, short H ¾ slot up to a 71 mph best. Tracked well to either side with present recovery speed available.
