A fastball with sink has low backspin and drops through the strike zone. When thrown down in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher ground ball percentage and lower launch angle. Sink+ of 100 is MLB average.

Physical: Large, projectable 6-foot-3, 205lb frame with good tunnel on pitches.
Pitching: RHP - The righty sets up off of the far left side of the rubber from the stretch-only. Balanced leg lift as the arm uncoils backwards through a full arm-circle towards a H ¾ slot. Hides the ball well until release, able to create deception on a 78-80 mph FB to all quadrants. Lived in the zone and pitched off of a quality 67-69 mph CB with sweep as the main offering. Different shape on an upper-60’s SL, more lateral, and added killed 66-68 mph CH to lefties. More velo coming.
Pitching: RHP - Begins off the left side of the rubber with a quick/short side rocker into a balanced stack. Unwinds down the slope showing tilt over the front-side at release from H ¾ slot. Much more loose in the arm-action than recent years, filling it up at 79-80 mph with heavy action. Mixed a quality 68-70 mph CB that features some deception and added a falling 67-69 mph CH out of the same slot, which could be a weapon.
6/15/21
Physical: Big, strong 6-foot-3, 200lb frame with projection and physicality exuding on the bump.
Pitching: RHP - Started at a 45 degree angle off the left side of the rubber; short side rocker with good pace into a lower leg lift showing hip-coil at the top. Worked down the mound with athleticism and stretch allowing for some whip through release at H ¾. The FB ranged from 78-80 with big time carry (24 inches IVB AVG via Trackman) and added a well-shaped 68-70 mph (11/5) featuring up to 10 inches of HM. A 68-70 mph SL was commanded for strikes going to as a “get me over pitch” in any count, later mixing a good 68-70 mph CH dodging barrels with consistent fade and 1226rpms.
