He graduated in 2012 from DeMatha Catholic in Baltimore, MD, and is completing a post-graduate year during the 2012-2013 school year. Gibbons-Fly ran an event best 6.88 60-yard dash, and showcased a solid 82mph bat exit speed. He is an athletic shortstop with good range and a strong arm (86mph).
