Sheehan used a lift and replace stride to generate an 82 mph bat exit velocity while consistently squaring the baseball during batting practice. He displayed an accurate 71 mph arm with pop times of 2.06-2.19 out of the crouch. Sheehan also showed athletic actions with a 75 mph arm across the diamond from third base.
