Physical: Highly-athletic, lean 5-foot-6, 135lb build. 7.48 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Open, taller stance, as the hands operated flat on the shoulder to begin. Utilized a barrel-tip timed up with a toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a flat, twitchy path into the hitting zone. Worked behind the ball with clean extension on the front-side, producing a gap-to-gap approach and T86 mph exit velo via Trackman (267 foot distance).
Defensively: The primary shortstop featured advanced feel on the left side, getting around the ball early for quality angles and showing off a downhill chest at the touch. Fielded out in front with momentum across the dirt, up to 79 mph positionally (H ¾ slot).
Pitching: RHP. Begins off the far left corner; rides the hip-hinge nicely, driving the body with leveraged intent into footstrike. Held the zone often at 76-77 mph and heavy arm-side run, mixing a two-plane 64-66 mph SL for swing/miss. Legit two-way projection.
Physical: Highly-athletic, lean 5-foot-6, 135lb frame. 7.63 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Upright, open stance, as the hands operated in rhythm at the shoulder. Utilized a controlled leg lift stride with some hip-coil in the load. Found the barrel often through a flat path into the hitting zone that extended plane into a one-handed finish. A firm front-side allows for current power production the pull-side gap, T84 mph bat-exit velocity.
Defensively: The middle infielder bounced around during his defensive eval with control of the entire left side of the field. Rangy actions combining a sharp internal clock and smooth hands. Delivered an accurate 77 mph throw across the diamond, arm-strength curries to the mound.
Pitching: RHP - Begins from the stretch-only with plenty of life to the FB. Gets the arm up early on the backside and powers downhill towards the bottom of the zone. You can see future velocity coming, already holding 74-76 mph for strikes. Mixed a sweeping 61-63 mph CB on an 11/5 tilt, adding a developing mid-60’s CH.
