Physical: Lean / athletic 5-foot-10, 155-pound frame with ability to continue adding strength as he matures. 7.55 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Narrow, tall setup with the hands starting with quick rhythm above the shoulder. Utilized a leg-lift stride to initiate a flat barrel path into the hitting zone with relatively high posture throughout the swing. Displayed feel for the hands at the plate with ability to make tight turns and keep the barrel inside the baseball at will. Liked the pitch middle-in with ability to stay short and shoot it down the LF line, used the whole field during batting practice with adjustability in the swing. Recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 81 mph per Trackman Baseball / 40% line drive rate (one of the higher totals at the event) and a 271 foot maximum batted ball distance.
Defensively: The primary middle infielder featured active footwork with above average pace across the diamond, arrived on time with intent and got downhill through the baseball, fielded off of the left side of his body with a semi-soft glove hand. Accurate, high ¾ slot with a short and quick arm circle. INF - 72 mph
