Physical: Wiry, stretchy frame at 6-foot-2, 171-pounds. 8.09 runner in the 60YD.
Offensively: RHH. Spread, even stance, as the hands start attached to the shoulder. Utilized a leg-kick stride to initiate his swing through an uphill path into the hitting zone. Featured a rotational move that worked to the bottom of the ball for a pull-side approach. Was on the barrel for a T83MPH EV and consistent line-drive % (50%).
Defensively: The 3B shuffled the feet with downhill momentum to the target. Clean exchange into the waist and out. Able to throw from different slots, up to 81MPH across the INF and showed some quality angles at times.
Pitching: RHP. Starts off the left corner of the rubber; fluid tempo with a big hip coil at the top of the stack. Generated major hip/shoulder separation down the mound, pitching at 78-81MPH with hard arm-side life. Added a sweeping low-70’s SL that flashed 19 in. HM and an upper-70’s SNK.
Physical: 6-1, 167 pounds; Athletic, Lean build.
Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Mid chest leg drive with a full coil away from the plate. Has a short stride while landing slightly closed. Moderate arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; low 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 82 MPH, while sitting 79-81 MPH; arm side run. SL: 72-75 MPH; short action.
