6/12/13 O'Donnell hits from a slightly open stance and utilizes a strong lower half and solid extension to create barrel whip in his swing. He showcased a bat exit velocity of 83 mph and went 1-for-7 in game play during the course of the event. O'Donnell displayed 2.03-2.20 pop times on throws of 70 mph out of the crouch. He demonstrated good footwork, a quick transfer and good straight line carry on his throws.

2/23/13 O'Donnell showed promise behind the plate with pop times of 2.10-2.15 on throws of 71 mph out of the crouch. Although his arm was not as strong as some others, his clean exchange and quick footwork more than make up the difference. Offensively, the 5-foot-9, 165-pound junior showcased a short swing path and some life in his bat. His 84 mph bat exit velocity is generated with good hand speed and solid hip rotation.

1/26/13 O'Donnell has a solid frame and is athletic in his actions. He receives and blocks the baseball very well. O'Donnell displayed 2.09-2.15 pop times on throws of 69 mph from the crouch. Offensively he stays back and hits off his backside. O'Donnell used a solid lower half and an 84 mph bat exit velocity to consistently drive the baseball with the potential for some gap power.
