5/26/17 - Our first look at the Penn State commit in nearly two years. Frame still gangly, but fastball velocity has spiked to 85-87. Velo dipped to 82 mph in the stretch as he was often late getting the ball out of his glove. Low-70s breaking ball has sweeping three-quarter action with some bite. Slight hesitation in rocker step with some hip coil over rubber. Generally pitched out of a three-quarter slot, although would sink lower at times, especially on breaking ball. Arm action remains loose and projectable.

6/24/15 6-foot-2, 175-pound frame. Pitched out of a three-quarter slot with lots of moving parts in his delivery. Long, loose arm action with slight hook in back. Fastball sat 79-80, touching 81, with occasional cut when thrown gloveside or run when thrown armside. Slurvy, sweeping breaking ball with three-quarter action at 64-66 and change-up at 74-75. Was generally in the zone with all three pitches.
