10/3/15 Physical 6-foot-1, 185-pound uncommitted senior. Right-handed hitter starts from a square stance with a high-hands load and initiates his swing with a heel raise stride. Creates above average barrel whip (90 mph) with strong forearms and solid lower half action. Ran a 7.07 60-yard dash and flashed an 87 mph arm from the outfield. Two-way prospect will need to work to raise his arm slot from the outfield to get more consistent straight line carry on throws.

10/3/15 6-foot-1, 185-pound primary outfielder. Uncommitted senior sat 81-84 following a summer where we have seen him up to 87 mph. 3/4 arm slot leads to significant arm-side run on his fastball. 73 mph slider has a chance to be an out pitch at the next level. Also showcased a 78 mph changeup thrown at near fastball arm speed with some arm-side run. Difficulty repeating arm slot leads to command issues at times.

7/22/15 6-foot, 175-pound right-handed hitter. Hit from square stance, getting up on toe and rolling front knee in. Contacted the baseball well out in front and showed some pop in BP, although got himself out some in game action chasing balls out of the zone. Ran a 7.22 60-yard dash (has previously posted a sub-7) and 4.47 in-game home-to-1B time. Showcased 85-mph exit velocity and 88-mph arm strength during workout. Athletic defensive actions. Threw one- and two-hoppers to home plate on a low trajectory that were accurate despite a low arm slot.
Pitched out of a low three-quarter slot. Strides across his body, leading him to occasionally work around his front side instead of over it. Fastball sat 82-84, touching 86, while his slider at 72-74 flashed occasional hard depth.
6/17/15 6-foot, 175-pound right-handed hitter. Starts from a slightly open stance and strides to square with some top half dive toward the plate. Will flash bat speed with gap power potential (86-mph exit velo) despite a barrel wrap that adds length to his swing. Showcased 87-mph arm strength in workout from a low three-quarter slot that caused his throws to tail.

6/17/15 Medium frame with wiry build (6-foot, 175-pounds). Pitched out of a low three-quarter slot with quick arm. Fresh arm who did not pitch this spring and will ideally sharpen his command with more consistent mound time. Fastball sat 83-85, touching 86, with some life and occasional armside sink. Also flashed a solid slider with depth at 73-74 on which he maintained his fastball arm speed.
2/14/15 Neal starts from an open stance with weight on his back leg and strides to slightly open, getting up on his toe and rolling his front knee in. He flashes above average bat speed, while struggling to stay through contact due to his front hip spinning off the ball, which also doesn't allow him to fully incorporate his backside into his swing. Defensively, Neal's arm strength will play up more when he shortens his time from catch to release.

6/18/14 Neal impressed in all facets of the game going 3-for-4 at the plate with a double and running a 6.91 60-yard dash. He generates a bat exit velocity of 87 mph utilizing quick hands and a strong upper body. If he learns to incorporate his lower half he will become an even more effective hitter. The 6-foot, 175-pound righty sat 81-83 for a brief stint on the mound prior to departing after being hit with a line drive. Neal showcased a strong arm (86 mph) and athletic actions defensively in the outfield.
