Physical: Physical and athletic 6-foot, 175-pound frame with feel for the movements in all facets. Recorded a 7.13 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Bent, balanced stance with adjustability in the box, hands start at the shoulder and move very slightly backwards coupled with a leg-hang stride for the timing mechanism. Athletic in the box with a powerful lower half and whippy barrel. Bat plays flat to contact and slightly uphill through the finish . Wore out the LCF gap with hard, consistent barrels, 89 MPH exit velocity during batting practice per Trackman.
Defensively: Plays comfortably in the field with decisive routes covering both sides laterally. Can go get it in the air to the gaps with a moderately low center of gravity, fields the ball to the side of his body and gets the ball out fluidly on transfers, gets downhill with the feet at the fielding window.. Moderate on the takeaway and long out front through a high ¾ arm-slot. OF - 78 MPH.6-foot, 175-pound right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and uses a short leg-hang stride to begin. Displayed a feel for the barrel with the ability to create back spin. Registered a bat exit velocity of 81 mph and ran a 6.86 60-yard dash. Showcased athletic defensive actions while consistently playing through the baseball defensively with 82 mph arm strength from the outfield.
6-foot, 170-pound right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and initiates his swing with a heel-raise stride. Showcased a direct swing path while consistently staying inside the baseball with a gap-to-gap approach. Registered an 81 mph bat exit velocity and ran a blazing 6.53 60-yard dash. Moves well in the outfield showing athletic actions and the ability to play through the baseball. Showcased accurate 80 mph arm strength.
6-foot, 175-pound right-handed hitter utilized a short lift-and-replace stride from a square stance to initiate his swing. Displayed a balanced swing with advanced feel for the barrel, as he consistently hit backspin fly-balls to all fields with an 81 mph bat-exit-velocity. Outfielder showed smooth, athletic actions as well as solid transfers to record accurate throws of 77 mph from his position. His slightly higher than previous 6.94 60-yard dash was still impressive, showcasing his natural feel for his body, and should go back down to where we originally saw him in the fall.
6-foot, 170-pound right-handed hitter impressed with a balanced, athletic swing with the ability to back swing the baseball. Utilizes a short, lift-and-replace stride from a square stance and displayed the ability to stay behind the baseball routinely with an above average feel for the barrel. Ran an event best 6.74 60-yard dash and flashed athletic actions defensively with accurate 78 mph arm strength. Definite follow in this class with a chance to be a heavily recruited prospect.
