Professori is a 5-foot-8, 175-pound catcher from Pine-Richland HS. He was a 1st Team All-Section selection as a junior in 2014.

8/10/14 Professori displayed the most advanced defensive skills among catchers at the event. He is a polished receiver and blocker that showcased pop times of 2.06-2.12 on throws of 67 mph from the crouch. Offensively, Professori hits from a slightly open stance and uses a direct swing path to create a bat exit velocity of 76 mph. The right-handed hitter barreled the baseball consistently during batting practice and went 3-for-6 at the plate in game action over two days.
