10/9/12 Fails showed good range and precise angles to the baseball from his outfield position. The 5-foot-11, 165-pound lefty showcased a solid 85mph bat exit speed and worked a clean inning on the mound. Fails used a fastball with good arm side run that topped out at 76mph and a 65mph curveball out of a high 3/4 arm slot.
