Physical: Lean and lanky 6-foot-2, 165-pound frame with projectability and length throughout. Plenty of athleticism present, 7.11 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Narrow, wide open stance with the hands starting high next to the ear as the barrel points downward over the backside. Utilized a controlled and methodical leg-hang stride to initiate a slightly uphill barrel path into the hitting zone with lift after contact. Turned the barrel around early while matching plane / showed off high level bat to ball skills with plenty of juice to the pull-side. Repeatedly kept long levers inside the baseball getting to extension with authority and dealing damage at the front of the plate. Peppered the LCF gap with conviction during batting practice and didn’t get cheated in the box, found almost 100% barrels while notching a more than impressive 26.70 mph hand speed in the box per Blast Motion. Recorded a top bat-exit velocity of 97 mph according to Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary third baseman featured a low center of gravity on the setup with feel for lateral movements, rangy actions in either direction with long strides and ability to cover ground, liked fielding the ball off of the glove hand side, accurate high ¾ slot across the diamond with a moderate arm circle. INF - 80 mph
Pitching: RHP - Short side rocker step with deliberate pace throughout the delivery, medium leg lift with direction towards the plate, loose high ¾ arm-slot. The FB appeared from 80-83 mph with an upwards of 2203 spin per Trackman Baseball, mixed in a sharp 73-75 mph SL with horizontal plane and countered with a solid 75-77 mph CH with adequate deception / small arm-side fade on occasion.
