Boop went 2-for-3 with a sacrifice fly in game action and showcased athletic actions defensively with an 85 mph arm. He rounded out his day by running one of the top 60-yard dash times of the day at 6.98.

1/20/14 Boop is a 6-foot, 165-pound prospect that showed athletic actions a straight line carry on throws of 78 mph from the outfield. The junior ran a 7.29 60-yard dash on a slow track and showcased a bat exit velocity of 77 mph. The right-handed hitter displayed a line drive approach out of a slightly open stance. Boop barreled the baseball routinely but will need to work to add further extension to his swing through contact.
