7/20/16 5-foot-11, 170-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and utilizes a heel-raise stride to initiate his swing. Displayed limited lower half action with a line drive approach and a feel for the barrel. Went 1-for-4 in game action on day one and showcased a bat exit velocity of 80 mph. Showed sound receiving and blocking skills and a short throwing motion with a quick release. Registered top pop time of 2.12 in defensive evaluations with very accurate 75 mph arm strength.

3/4/16 5-foot-11, 170-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance with a high-hands load and utilizes a short lift-and-replace stride to initiate his swing. Demonstrated a solid feel for the barrel with a bat exit velocity of 85 mph. Showcased solid catch and throw skills with pop times of 2.12-2.26 on throws of 72 mph from the crouch. Also demonstrated capable actions at third base with a quick release and 78 mph arm strength across the diamond.
