6-foot-1, 225-pound left-handed hitting corner infielder. He is still in recovery from an arm injury so he did not throw at the event. The glove and approach in the infield portion is appropriate. The bat has tremendous life to it, exit velocity of 98 mph. The setup is even in base and he uses a leg lift as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The path is flat to uphill through contact with the baseball. The hands work and he likes pull side.

Future Games

6-foot, 225-pound left-handed hitting corner infielder. He ran a 7.46 sixty at the event. The bat has an exit velocity of 95 mph. The setup even in base and the front foot is open to start. The trigger is big leg lift as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The bat has power, wrap to start and then he has juice to the pull side. The bottom has a great deal of action to it. The hands work free and clean to the baseball.

Exit Velocity- 95 mph

6-foot-1 and 225 pounds,  broad shoulders with an extra large build and frame. At the plate, he starts narrow with his hands high, loose, with pre-pitch movement to them. As the pitch is being delivered he begins an aggressive leg kick and loads with a large stride,  barrels up the baseball. He had an impressive round of batting practice smacking balls all over the yard and consistently being in the 90’s for exit velocity, his top was 96 mph. At 3B he showed instantly a plus arm clocking in at 90 mph, showing plus life and carry across the diamond. The feet worked and the glove was smooth, the backhand wasn’t stiff, working low to the ground and coming through it, building momentum through release. Showing plus tools on both sides of the field, a legit two-way player. Works off the mound as well, took this event off, with a recent outing.

2/23/20

6-foot-1, 225-pound right-handed pitcher and left-handed hitting infielder. He showed extremely well again as he is a talented player. On the mound, the fastball sat 89-90 with arm side run. The spin pitch is legit, excellent in shape, sitting at 76-77 mph. The changeup is 77-79 with fade to it. The delivery is online, above 3/4 in slot and solid in tempo. The lift is waist height, repeated with a small coil. The tracking is solid and the arm works quickly. Big time prospect on the mound. In the infield, he threw 89 mph across the diamond out of a cautious and under control approach. The glove and feet work appropriately. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 95 mph. The setup is even in base, front foot open to start. The bat has some wrap to it as it begins to whip through the zone. The path leads to pull side power.

6-foot-1, 230-pound right-handed pitcher and left-handed hitting corner infielder. On the mound, the fastball has good life to it, touching 86 mph. The breaking ball is correct in shape, sitting 70-71 mph. The changeup shows action and fade at 77 mph. The delivery is online and the lift is repeated. The arm works easy and out front. The glove side is wide at release, can be tightened up. The frame is durable and thick. I really like on the mound. Positionally, threw 78 mph across the diamond. The feet need to stay active during the fielding process. The glove is soft and the hands are good. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 87 mph. The setup is close in the feet, front foot open. Uses a leg lift as the ball approaches. The path is uphill and in pull mode. The hands work freely to the ball.
