(21.71 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick stride. Had above average bat speed, long swing plane and good extension on his finish. He barreled up lots of balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. While in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 78 mph. Behind the plate, his best recorded velocity during throw downs was clocked at 75 mph; had soft hands, developing footwork, and a clean exchange. displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.94-2.00. Average flexibility and calm setup. Had a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.45. Solid on the mound, showing developing arm speed he used a high ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action. Uses some effort in his delivery. Displays falling off shoulders with a consistent balance point. a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 79-80 mph; has running action and control around the zone with straight movement.
