6-foot-2, 210-pound, strong, durable athletic pitchers frame. A right-handed pitcher, hands start and stay low, is strong over the backside, stride is inline to the plate. The arm action is clean, working from a high 3/4 slot. Stays behind the baseball, working downhill, living in the bottom part of the zone. Worked the fastball to both sides, clocked at 80 mph, with arm side action. The breaking ball shows proper spin and break, clocked at 68 mph, needs more fastball hand speed, but shows the makings of a plus offering at some point. Also threw a circle changeup, showing feel. Look for him to pitch at the next level, high pitch ability.
6/19/19
6-foot-2, 190-pound right-handed pitcher and right-handed hitting outfielder. Ran a 7.96 sixty on the laser at the event. The approach in the outfield is cautious and under control. Threw 77 mph from right-field to the plate. Profiles as a corner outfielder only, will need to improve the foot speed. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 87 mph. The setup is even in base, pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The swing is rotational and to the pull side as he spins off contact. On the mound, the fastball sat 77-78 minimal action to the pitch. The spin pitch is big in shape, 65-66 mph. The changeup is a developing pitch, sitting at 64 mph. The delivery is online with the feet and above 3/4 in slot. The lift is repeated and the back is arched as he breaks his hands. The top half comes offline as he makes his way into foot strike. The arm works freely but the direction to the plate needs to be aligned.

6-foot-1, 180-pound, long, lengthy athletic frame. A well proportioned athlete, neck is long, shoulders are sloped, room to fill out. A two way player, worked out in outfield as well as off the mound. A right-handed pitcher, has a slow controlled delivery. The hands start and stay at mid chest, separation is clean, direction with lead leg is slightly across the body, stride could lengthen a bit. The arm action is clean on the backside and works out of a high ¾ slot. The fastball reached 77 mph, with action to the armside, look for it to continue to climb. The breaking ball had more side spin and shape to it, clocked at 60-62 mph. The changeup was at 67-69 mph, still a work in progress, with such a clean arm action, should be a legit pitch at some point. Times to the plate were quick at 1.03 and worked quickly from pitch to pitch. At the plate, is balanced, front foot slightly open, wider than shoulder width. The hands are loaded up at shoulder height, uses a big controlled leg kick, weight gets and stays on the backside. The swing is level to up, showing potentially to really hit for power down the road. The approach is more to the pull side. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 77 mph, with a ton more in there as he adds strength. Defensively, threw 77 mph from the outfield from a high ¾ slot. Performed the prep steps accurately, using a shuffle for the transfer, gets rid of the baseball quickly. Time will tell which way he goes, has a serious chance to be a guy off the bump.
