6/13/18 - Home-1st: 4.50, Position Velocity:  OF-78, Exit Velocity: 88
5-foot-9, 180-pound, RHH had a good all-around day, showing off his potential for 5 tools while collecting 2 hits and a double in game.  Short, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned present strength, some physical projection.  Offensively, hits w/ a very slightly open, upright stance w/ short hand rhythm into proper stride and load.  Generates above average bat speed through the zone, flashes whip.  Quiet, repeatable swing.  Has taken a step forward in his spin recognition.  Up the middle approach w/ ability to drive the baseball when right.  Barrel feel.  Present pull power w/ projectable up the middle power.  Shows ability to punish a baseball.  Projectable slightly above average runner.  Defensively, moves well in the OF w/ arm strength w/ carry to target, projects to stay in CF.
1/27/18 - Home-1st: 3.93, Position Velocity:  OF-79, Exit Velocity: 87
5-foot-9, 180-pound, RHH showed an improved OF velocity while continuing to show his big power bat.  Short, athletic build w/ some present strength, some projection.  Offensively, hits from a narrow, straight up stance w/ front toe pointed inward and back shoulder hand location.  Bat waggle.  Modified toe tap w/ stride into square then stride forward w/ proper load.  Proper bat path w/ bat speed through the zone, natural loft.  Explodes on the baseball.  Big power ceiling.  Learning to repeat the same swing and stay on balance.  Defensively, moves well in the OF w/ arm strength w/ carry to target.  A big power bat to see in the ’19 class this spring.
9/24/17 - Home-1st: 4.50, Position Velocity:  78, Exit Velocity: 91
5-foot-8, 175-pound, RHH impressed in batting practice w/ a loud round and posted one of the top exit velocities of the event.  Strong, athletic build w/ physical lower half.  Hits from a straight on, slightly crouched stance w/ toes pointed inward and back shoulder hand location.  Toe tap w/ low hand load.  Big bat speed w/ potential to do damage when connects.  Lot of pull HR power.  Pull oriented approach w/ loft in swing.  Defensively, moves well in OF w/ carry to the target.  Profiles as a power first corner outfielder.  Intriguing power bat in the 2019 class.
1/29/17 - Home-1st: 4.51, Position Velocity:  OF-76, Exit Velocity: 86
5-foot-8, 175-pound, RHH hits from a balanced and slightly open stance with higher initial hand positioning and his knees angled well inside his feet, short and early stride combines with a lowering of the hands to get him loaded, lower half fires quickly but can get cut off by closed footwork at times, swing plane is flat to slightly up through the zone, consistently got the barrel to the ball in BP, likes to stay in left-center.  Defensively, plays through the ball with some aggressiveness and stays headed toward his target, good hands and quick footwork put him in good positions, shorter arm action comes through an over-the-top angle.
