9/25/16 - Max FB: 83, FB: 81-83, CB: 67-69, CH: 68-72, KN: 70-71
6-foot-3, 175-pound, RHP uses a smooth and rhythmic motion to create timing and momentum throughout his delivery, good size and makes athletic movements, hands stay together and just below his chest until separation, fluid leg left gets his front side closed and helps lead with his front hip toward the plate, reaches back and gets some good shoulder tilt at the top,  long and loose arm action comes through an over-the-top slot, finishes mostly balanced with a slight fade toward 1B.  Fastball was mostly straight but showed some late run a couple of times, good curveball with 11/5 shape combined with a fading changeup to make for some solid offspeed, also threw a knuckleball with some serious movement.

1/31/16 - Max FB: 79, FB: 78-79, CB: 66-70, CH: 68-71, KN: 65-70
6-foot-5, 188-pound RHP with great pitcher’s frame that projects well at the next level, uses long arm action through a high-3/4 slot, mostly straight fastball was thrown for strikes, had limited feel for his curveball which he tended to bury, showed good feel for his changeup that was thrown with good arm action for strikes, also showed a knuckleball that missed up. Parker’s size makes him one to watch in the 2017 class.
Home-1st: 5.24, Position Velocity:  IF-78, Exit Velocity: 82
As a position player, highly projectable frame, hits from a balanced stance, short stride, good rhythm with fluid weight shift into contact, generates good bat speed, ball jumps off barrel and shows occasional power to all fields. Average feet and hands at first base, long high-3/4 release with good arm strength and accurate throws, below average foot speed.
