9/17/17 - 6-0, 185-pound corner infielder shows all the tools you look for in a collegiate 3B.  Athletic w/ projectable frame.  Righty hits from a straight on, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location and slight bat waggle.  Leg kick w/ deep hand load.  Can get too front leg heavy and get off balance.  Generates above avg bat speed.  Gap to gap hitter projects for power.  Avg runner runs w/ little effort.  Defensively, shows above avg arm strength w/ carry through target.  Made all the plays in a one game look.  All-around 3B profile.

7/27/16 - Home-1st: 4.7, Position Velocity:  76, Exit Velocity: 74
6-foot-0, 175-pound, RHH showed pretty much all of the same qualities we saw at the Top Prospect Games, short stride and some rhythmic hand movement get him loaded and clear that lower half for him to gain some separation, bat path was a little steeper than we expected but still produced some hard line drives to LF and occasionally LCF. Defensively, showed decent hands and average footwork again as he could still get better at playing through the ball, takes a gather before quickly getting rid of the ball through a high ¾ to over-the-top arm slot for relatively accurate throws and average arm strength.

7/27/16 - Max FB: 77, FB: 76-77, CB: 56-57,
6-foot-0, 175-pound, RHP sets up in a way most hitters aren’t used to with a sideways angle and uses a quick and fairly jerky motion that makes it hard to create timing, strides directly toward the plate and finishes balanced and in line a majority of the time, a shorter and someone stiff arm action was the same thing we saw at the Top Prospect Games, uses a high ¾ to over-the-top release point.  Fastball was mostly straight again but showed some slight run on a couple of occasions, curveball was much slower at this event than we had previously seen but still showed that 12/6 shape.

6/14/16 - 60 Time: 7.36, Position Velocity:  IF-72, Exit Velocity: 73
6'1, 170-pound, RHH hits from a balanced and even stance and uses a small stride and some rhythmic barrel tilt to initiate his load.  Lower half works well and allows his hands to get in a good slot and get the barrel on plane, stays pretty flat through the zone and showed a little bit of lift that resulted in some solid line drives that he sprayed around the field, finished well and balanced and had 3 hits in game play. Defensively, showed average footwork and okay hands at the shortstop position, used a quick exchange and arm action through an over-the-top release point to get the ball across the infield, got average carry on his throws that could’ve been more accurate, athletic kid that simply needs to work on playing through the ball.  Will get stronger and develop in every area of his game.

6/14/16 - Max FB: 75, FB: 74-75, CB: 63-65, CH: 71,
6'1, 170-pound, RHP starts from a side angled stance and begins his motion by taking a small rocker step that leads into a high leg lift and hand raise, uses a somewhat jerky arm action from an over-the-top release point to deliver pitcher with some effort, stayed balanced and under control when throwing his fastball but fell off toward first base on his breaking pitches.  Fastball stayed straight and was left up in the zone a couple of times, curveball showed gradual 12/6 movement and was able to slow down the bats of some hitters, changeup can also be a good change of pace, although its velo wasn’t much less than his fastball.
