10/21/17 - Max FB: 83, FB: 79-82, CB: 70-72, CH: 73-74
6-foot-3, 180-pound, RHP repeated his outing from Fall Top Prospect Games last month, where he needed just 18 pitches to record 2 scoreless innings.  Tall, athletic profile w/ some present strength, lot of physical projection.  Pitches from a full wind-up with a short rocker step into toe tap and setting of his drive foot.  Leg kick and hip drive into H ¾ release w/ proper finish.  Quick arm w/ repeatable mechanics.  Some downhill plane.  Straight FB w/ occasional ride through zone.  Slurvy CB is short downer w/ proper rotation.  Early breaker.  Flashes average depth.  CH w/ arm-speed, fade, occasional sink.  Repeated his strike throwing from Fall TPG (13 of 18), projects to command.  Arm speed suggests velo jump coming w/ physical maturity, an intriguing arm to follow into the spring.
9/24/17 - Max FB: 84, FB: 81-84, CB: 70-73, CH: 77,
6-foot-3, 180-pound, RHP needed just 18 pitches to throw 2 scoreless innings.  Prototypical pitcher body w/ rounded shoulders and projectable lower half.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ rocker step to setting back foot on first base side of rubber.  Balance point to leg drive and H ¾ release.  Easy, repeatable mechanics.  Glove action can be better, but does not affect his ability to throw strikes.  Quick arm.  Straight FB w/ ride through the zone.  Gets on you.  CB comes up out of hand w/ slurvy break.  Gets a little loose.  CH thrown w/ armspeed, a little fade/sink.  Strike thrower (13 of 18 for strikes) shows some feel for pitching w/ intent.  Easy arm strength, low effort delivery makes for a very intriguing RHP follow in the 2019 class.
