Shows great load to stride separation, while working down and through the ball correctly. Has the ability to spray the ball all over the field with plenty of power. Defensively, shapes out to be a very good catcher or corner infielder. From the infield he shows good first step rhythm and good load to power position causing good accurate throws with carry. Behind the plate, his large frame and above average pop time will fill well at the next level.
