Uncommitted; 6-foot-2, 195-pound Future Games third baseman recently hopped on the bump at LakePoint Fall Invite, sitting 85-89, T90 and mixing hard downer CB at 77-78.  Cooper is a strong corner spot prospect, but the arm is something to keep eyes on.

6-foot-2, 195-pound corner infielder had a steady weekend across the board.  Cooper, a natural third baseman, proved to be one of the better defenders for Team Tennessee.  Solid frame w/ some present strength.  Really handles the glove with good transitions and the arm strength to stay on the hot corner, while also handling his business at first base.  Offensively, the right-handed hitter barreled up some balls with not much to show for it in gameplay, but good approach and some gap power there (Max Exit Velo: 95.9 mph | Distance: 363 ft via Trackman).  Showed great bat speed (Avg: 74.9 mph via Blast) as well.  At the next level, an exceptional defender, regardless of position, and can make impacts driving in runs trailing the heart of the order.

6-foot-2, 190-pound  athletic frame. In the box, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 83 mph. Begins in a balanced stance with a smooth load, then uses a short stride before his swing. Showed an uphill swing plane, as well as quick bat speed and extension on his finish. Athletic in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 78 mph across the field; had a clean exchange, soft hands and quick footwork. Movements laterally were twitchy. Showed a ¾ slot and consistent accuracy to the base. In the 60-yard dash, he recorded a time of 7.2.
