02.23.17 - With a lanky 6-4 frame that has the potential for a lot of growth, Weber worked his fastball in the 84-86 mph range and a steep-breaking curveball that varied between 66-70 mph. Weber throws from a high-¾ slot and attacks the batter with a late-change-of-pace, as his passive wind-up transitions into an aggressive whip of the arm at release. Weber scattered his fastball locations early on, but settled in after the first inning.
