His fastball on the day topped out at 79 mph. Also mixed in a curveball at 66 mph with some depth as well as a changeup at 71 mph.
Karson Goldman: RHP/3B, (2020) Buna, TX. 6-foot-2, 175-pound projectable frame. On the mound, he had a high ¾ angle with quick arm speed. He is a tilt-and-topple type pitcher who uses high effort. Has a tall balance point with uphill shoulders. Successfully located his changeup (73-75 mph) for a strike. Sat with his fastball at 78-80 mph and topped out at 80 mph; had tailing action. Showed consistent control on his 12/6 curveball (66-69).
