Level shoulders, smooth rhythm, in-line delivery with good balance. House falls off to his glove side on his finish, turning his fastball over at release, creating slight heaviness on his fastball at 79-82 mph. His slider has limited action and 10-4 shape at 72-73 mph. With his projectable frame, easy arm action, and clean release, House may find his future on the mound.

Offensively, the right-handed hitter has a tall setup with a short, quick load, short stride. Level path with a higher finish as the hands get far back before working through the zone with a gap approach and an exit velocity of 91 mph off the tee. Drove several balls deep to the gaps during batting practice. Defensively, at first base he shows average hands with developing footwork.
