Potojecki has an athletic frame with some projection left to it. He throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a short, loose, lightning quick arm action and normal effort. Uphill and closed shoulders hide ball and create good angle on his pitches. Fastball was 84-86, touching 87 with late run to it. Outstanding curveball was 70-73 with good armspeed and sharp hard 11/5 break. Showed a change-up at 79 as well.
7.15.17: Potojecki has an athletic frame and throws with a drop and drive delivery from a three-quarters arm slot. Short quick arm action with some effort, shoulders closed and uphill, lands square with a fall off finish and recoil. Fastball had flat plane and some effort, sitting 82-85, touching 86. Curveball had late sharp 11/5 break and good armspeed, running 67-70.
