Preseason All-State 2/17/18
Harrs is 6-3 with an athletic frame that has some projection left to it. He throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a short free arm action and some effort. Shoulders level and on line, lands on line with an athletic finish and some recoil. Fastball was 78-81 with some downward plane and a bit of late run. Curveball was 66-69 with good armspeed and some late 2/8 break to it. Change-up was 73-74 with good armspeed and a bit of late run. Feel for offspeed was a work in progress.
7.31.16: Harrs has an athletic, projectable frame. Hits from the left side and has good balance and hips to his swing. Good batpseed with explosive hands, easy doubles power with potential home run power in the future. 5.10 home to first.
