4.16.16: Hill is a pure athlete with an incredible, projectable frame. He has a spectacular first step in the outfield and a lot of range with an above average arm. He hits from the right side and is very raw at the plate but has very good hand eye coordination and fast bat that projects to have easy home run power. On the mound, he throws from an over the top delivery that was choppy, with a quick loose arm action. His shoulders were uphill and online with a square landing. His fastball had late run and plane, sitting 77-80. His breaking ball had gradual 10/4 break, running 64-66.
