Jenkins is 6-2 with a lankier athletic frame that has plenty of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a slightly open upright athletic stance, short stride on line, smooth load back to a wrap. Hips rotate completely and he maintains some lower half balance. Keeps hands inside, quick and short to the ball. Slightly uphill line drive swing, has long levers and loft built into swing, showed ability to use whole field but prefers to pull ball, exit velocity was 90. In the infield, gets body behind ball and fields with a wider base and average hands. Works through ball to a clean exchange, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a short loose arm action, infield velocity was 84. Ran a 7.00 60 yard dash.

Jenkins has a long projectable frame with some athleticism. Plays shortstop for Lee-Davis and hits in the middle of the order. Has some range and length at the position with above average arm strength. At the plate showed a level path with line drive tendency. Has some power potential at the plate as he continues to grow into and add strength to his projectable frame. The uncommitted junior is a name to follow for Lee-Davis this spring and summer.
