6.13.15: Hall throws from a high three-quarters arm slot and has a short, loose, fast arm that generates easy velocity. His shoulders are level and closed as he strides out to closed landing. He falls off and recoils after release. His fastball had some armside run to it and he worked in the 83-86 range the entire game, touching 87 a few times. He showed a sinking changeup that was 74. His primary offspeed pitch was a late, gradual breaking 11/5 curveball that had good shape to it and will improve as he tightens up its spin. The pitch ran 65-69. He was quick to the plate in his slide step but sacrificed significant velocity, sitting 78-81 with his fastball and 60-62 with his curveball. Defensively, Hall is a very good third baseman with good actions and a plus arm. At the plate he has above average bat speed and home run power to his pull side.
