11.5.17:  Rhodes is 5-11 with a lankier athletic frame and hits from the right side from an open athletic stance. Big leg kick stride on line, short load back, some rhythm to his swing. Explosive lower half and some balance to his swing. Takes barrel straight to ball, pull approach, uphill swing path with extension through it, exit velocity was 85. At shortstop, clean feet, rounds ball and plays through it. Fields ball with soft hands and a wide base, quick clean exchange, throws form a three-quarters arm slot with a shorter arm action, infield velocity was 77. Ran a 7.18 60 yard dash. On the mound, throws from a submarine slot with a short free arm action and normal effort. Shoulders closed, lands closed and falls off hard to arm side. Fastball was 70-73, touching 74 with heavy late sink. Slider was 63-65 with late sweep and good armspeed. Change-up was 63-65 with heavy sink and some armspeed.
