3/11/18 - 6-foot-2, 165-pound two-way player, lean athletic shape. Right-handed hitter, tall setup, feet slightly open, narrow stance to long stride. Repeats swing, loose hands, level path, uphill at times. Gap to gap type approach, 81 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is short from a high ¾ slot, 81 mph across the diamond. Hands worked to transfer the baseball quickly. 7.38 runner in the 60. Delivery works directional, over the top slot, short quick arm action. Fastball showed occasional tilt, 81-83 mph. Curveball plays 11/5, late action, minimal depth, 75-80 mph. Changeup sinks, fastball arm speed, showed feel for the zone, 77-78 mph, above average feel.
3/12/17 - 6-foot-1, 165-pound infielder, lanky athletic frame. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short leg lift stride, good balance. Line drive contact, fluid rhythm, shows ability to repeat. 83 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action plays over the top, 80 mph across. 7.66 runner in the 60. On the mound arm action is short and over the top. Fastball is mostly straight, topped at 81 mph, sat 77-79 mph. Curveball sat 63-65 mph. Changeup sinks, 70-73 mph. Showed feel for all three for strikes.
